That's the pearl they never produced, correct? Where did you get it?

yep thats the pearl, dark purple and black, not USBC approved unfortunately. If its anything like my Maverick (international version) very smooth arcing pearl, not skid snap off the dry.

You know, when I saw the stats on the Maverick ( there was one on eBay) I thought that it was like a Villain Pearl. I picked up a Villain solid last week ($57 NIB shipped, couldn't pass it up). I kinda wish that Pearl was 14# and available. I would try to make you a deal with the Creature I bought from you.

But thanks for posting the VIllain Pics, and thinking about me. Very cool. Now I feel guilty about not getting my Villain solid from you. Damnit!

Yeah, as I understand it, it was not produced because it was too much of an overlap with the Nighthawk Pearl, which is also a very cool looking ball. At least that is what the AMF people told me in an email.
